Acquisition expands NC Custom’s Made in the USA manufacturing capacity, adds significant blow molding and injection molding capabilities and decorating resources

Hicksville, NY – November 2, 2026 – NC Custom (ASI: 44900; SAGE: 52303; PPAI: 111662; PPPC: 920802), a leading North American manufacturer and top 20 supplier of promotional products, is excited to announce the acquisition of Custom Plastic Specialties, LLC (ASI: 43051; SAGE: 50202; PPAI: 111040; PPPC: 961204), commonly known as CPS Keystone.

The acquisition adds a third manufacturing facility to NC Custom’s operations, its first in Pennsylvania, significantly expanding its Made in the USA capacity with over 450 SKUs and in-house production capabilities across 150,000 square feet. CPS Keystone contributes expertise in blow molding, injection molding, printing and decorating, while broadening NC Custom’s assortment across water bottles, drinkware, coasters, magnets, key tags, calendars, bags, office accessories, household products, personal care items and recreational goods.

Founded in 1992 and based in Erie, Pennsylvania, CPS Keystone is a 5-star ASI supplier and an A+ rated SAGE supplier with a strong reputation for value and water bottles serving as a cornerstone of its product line. Similar to NC Custom, CPS maintains an active presence in Canada with a leading product assortment serving this market.
