I joined Houston Promotional Products Association (HPPA) in 2017 after being introduced by a contract decorator who was helping me navigate the industry. Prior to launching my distributorship, Graphic Stylus, I was a project manager at ExxonMobil. I entered the Oil & Gas world to explore my passion for technology. In addition to rolling out large scale enterprise technology infrastructure projects across Asia, South America, Europe and North America; I was given the opportunity to represent ExxonMobil IT during recruitment efforts. In those career fairs, I saw the importance of a strong brand and immediately fell in love with it. 

LATisha marshall

Vice President

Latisha Marshall is the Vice President of Operations for ePromos Promotional Products, LLC. She grew up in Brooklyn, New York, currently residing in Houston, Texas.  Latisha is an operations fanatic with 18 years of industry experience.

In our brief history we have been able to grow sales enough to be in the top 2% in the industry. I owe much of this success to the great companies we have been able to acquire from owners looking to retire. Along with the talented people we have brought on board to partner with clients and find them solutions. Our trajectory is going upwards and we should be in the top 1% very soon.

Before starting Proforma I worked in a cubicle for a printing company then moved into their outside sales. Our product line was very limited. This fact was a big reason I started Proforma with the mindset that we sell everything. The possibilities are truly limitless. With the network of manufacturers, designers and programmers we have we truly can say "yes" to any project. We can always help.

Andrea Weston

Immediate Past President

Andrea has been in the promo industry for 18 years. This year is her 2nd term with HPPA, as Director and Co-chair of Social Media. Andrea is the Director of Program Operations at Bob Lilly Promotions of Dallas, Texas.

She calls Houston her home but is no stranger to Dallas! Andrea has been married to her husband, Chris Weston, for 15 years and has an 11 year old son, Granger. Andrea and her family enjoy anything outdoors. She says, "Give me sun, sand, water or land - we love it all!" Cheers to HPPA 2022 Social Media!

monte echelle

Director

Monte Echelle Is a Territory Sales Manager at Showdown Displays, where he convers the state of Texas. He has been in the printing and promotional product industries for many years, both on the distributor and as a supplier. Monte has been a TSM at Showdown Displays for most of the past seven years. He loves to partner with distributors to ensure they are providing the right product for the right situation.

Monte has been in Houston for his entire life and graduated from the University of Houston. He now  lives in the Cypress area with his wife and two daughters who both graduated from Cy-Fair High School. One is a registered nurse and the other is studying to be a teacher. Outside of work, Monte loves sports and being outdoors. He also enjoys having fun with his friends and family.

Director

Steve comes from the retail industry (Randalls- Tom Thumb- Safeway) with over 3 decades of experience as a brand manager and sales executive. Steve is a seasoned pro at customer service and account management. Steve joined the Reisack team in March2020 and jumped right in to help keep Covid away! He has a passion for people and is an expert at negotiation.

As a Regional Manager with multiple lines Steve provides a unique synergy with his top suppliers in the promotional products industry and his customers. Steve represents some of the largest manufacturers in our industry including: SnugZ, Pebble Beach Corporate Apparel, GSS Safety, Dynamic Brands, Power Stick, 3M Post-Its, HTT (Head To Toe), and Totally Bamboo.

Steve enjoys all aspects of the business even during the hot Texas heat! The Reisack Team covers a 4 State territory, Texas, LA, AR, and OK.

Charlie Moore

Director

Charlie is new to the HPPA Board this year and is serving as Membership Co-Chair. He started in the industry 6 years ago with Alpha Broder in Philadelphia before being relocated to manage the Houston territory. He has managed Houston for 4 years. In his free time Charlie, likes to check out the restaurants in Downtown/Midtown. He is an avid fisherman and loves to spend as much time outdoors as possible. He also enjoys spending time with his dog Rocky. Welcome to the board Charlie!

Outside of work, I enjoy being with my husband Daniel and our three kids: Declan (6.5), Emeline (3.5), Nora (1).  Both of our families live in Texas, so we do as much as we can together!  I also love to cook, the Holidays, and traveling as much as possible.  I am looking for fun and unique opportunities to give back to the Promotional Products Industry, an industry that has given a lot to me!  There are so many amazing things happening in our beloved industry, and I would love to help play a part in moving it forward, particularly in my hometown of Houston.

Gabriela "Gabi" – Texas State University graduate, Class of 2021, with a bachelor's in Marketing and a focus on professional selling. Houston is home, where my love for fashion thrives. Whether jetting off to explore new destinations or immersing myself in live concerts, I'm all about embracing life's adventures. A shopaholic with a penchant for naps, I find joy in the bustling energy of the city and the serenity of a good sleep.
