Latisha Marshall is the Vice President of Operations for ePromos Promotional Products, LLC. She grew up in Brooklyn, New York, currently residing in Houston, Texas.  Latisha is an operations fanatic with 18 years of industry experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy being with my husband Daniel and our three kids: Declan (6.5), Emeline (3.5), Nora (1).  Both of our families live in Texas, so we do as much as we can together!  I also love to cook, the Holidays, and traveling as much as possible.  I am looking for fun and unique opportunities to give back to the Promotional Products Industry, an industry that has given a lot to me!  There are so many amazing things happening in our beloved industry, and I would love to help play a part in moving it forward, particularly in my hometown of Houston.

Gabriela "Gabi" – Texas State University graduate, Class of 2021, with a bachelor's in Marketing and a focus on professional selling. Houston is home, where my love for fashion thrives. Whether jetting off to explore new destinations or immersing myself in live concerts, I'm all about embracing life's adventures. A shopaholic with a penchant for naps, I find joy in the bustling energy of the city and the serenity of a good sleep.

I joined Houston Promotional Products Association (HPPA) in 2017 after being introduced by a contract decorator who was helping me navigate the industry. Prior to launching my distributorship, Graphic Stylus, I was a project manager at ExxonMobil. I entered the Oil & Gas world to explore my passion for technology. In addition to rolling out large scale enterprise technology infrastructure projects across Asia, South America, Europe and North America; I was given the opportunity to represent ExxonMobil IT during recruitment efforts. In those career fairs, I saw the importance of a strong brand and immediately fell in love with it. 

paul bellantone

Director

Paul Bellantone has over 25 years of experience in the promotional products industry, including two decades at PPAI, where he served as President & CEO from 2011–2021. He joined HALO’s Executive Team in 2021 as SVP of Sales, later becoming SVP of Customer Experience and Group President of HBS in 2023. Since 2024, he has been the Regional Vice President – South at HALO.

Bellantone holds an MAS designation from PPAI and a Certified Association Executive designation from ASAE. He has served on several not-for-profit boards, including the Texas Society of Association Executives and the Promotional Products Education Foundation. He holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University and is a graduate of Rutgers University.

monte echelle

Director

Monte Echelle Is a Territory Sales Manager at Showdown Displays, where he convers the state of Texas. He has been in the printing and promotional product industries for many years, both on the distributor and as a supplier. Monte has been a TSM at Showdown Displays for most of the past seven years. He loves to partner with distributors to ensure they are providing the right product for the right situation.

Monte has been in Houston for his entire life and graduated from the University of Houston. He now  lives in the Cypress area with his wife and two daughters who both graduated from Cy-Fair High School. One is a registered nurse and the other is studying to be a teacher. Outside of work, Monte loves sports and being outdoors. He also enjoys having fun with his friends and family.

Steve comes from the retail industry (Randalls- Tom Thumb- Safeway) with over 3 decades of experience as a brand manager and sales executive. Steve is a seasoned pro at customer service and account management. Steve joined the Reisack team in March2020 and jumped right in to help keep Covid away! He has a passion for people and is an expert at negotiation.

As a Regional Manager with multiple lines Steve provides a unique synergy with his top suppliers in the promotional products industry and his customers. Steve represents some of the largest manufacturers in our industry including: SnugZ, Pebble Beach Corporate Apparel, GSS Safety, Dynamic Brands, Power Stick, 3M Post-Its, HTT (Head To Toe), and Totally Bamboo.

Steve enjoys all aspects of the business even during the hot Texas heat! The Reisack Team covers a 4 State territory, Texas, LA, AR, and OK.
